What I do at Clean Label Report
Most supplement rankings online score products on what brands say about themselves. I score products on what their labels and lab reports show. The two disagree more often than you would expect.
Every category starts with the peer-reviewed research. The studies define the dose, the form, and the supporting compounds that produced measurable results. Those become the framework. Then every product on the shelf is measured against it, one Supplement Facts panel at a time.
The pattern repeats. Most products stop short of the studied dose. Many cut it in half. Plenty pad the capsule with fillers that dilute the active further. The job is to find the few that match the research, explain why the rest fall short, and put both in plain language.
Where I spend my time
Dose verification
Comparing each product's Supplement Facts panel with the dose ranges used in the trials that built the category.
Form and absorption
Whether the form printed on the label is the form the research used.
Third-party evidence
Comparing purity and potency claims against publicly available Certificates of Analysis.
Transparency
Proprietary blends hide the milligrams and make dose math impossible. Lowest tier.
Manufacturing
GMP-certified production in the USA with batch testing is the minimum bar on this site.
Outcomes
Hundreds of verified reviews per category, sorted by effect, side effects, and value.
